DANGEROUS CLUB 2021-2024

Dangerous Club was a cocktail & music bar with a classic approach to drinks & cocktails. Curated music and DJ’s past midnight. In 2024 the physical place closed in Maridalsveien and was turned into a social sports club and brand in St. Moritz Switzerland, SMDC (St. Moritz Dangerous Club). Dangerous Club Oslo opened in 2021 located in a unique, classic modernist building from the 30’s in, know as the Caltex building (short for “California Texas oil company”) in the center of Oslo. DC fast became the buzz of the town and hot spot for music connoisseurs. Run by one of Norway’s top bartenders Benjamin Lee, partner and head of concept, DC is known for the best cocktails in Oslo and frequently visited by the top DJ’s in town playing their sets. The interior design is true to the style period of when the building was built and uses a color scheme typical of the same period with a surprisingly red ceiling hoovering 4 meters above was based on one of Sanzo Wada famous color combinations (ref. A Dictionary Of Color Combinations volume 1). You could also say it’s a nod to the parisien bars/drugstores from the post-war period.
